Hey friends,

It’s been a little quiet on here lately—and if you know me, you already know that silence usually means I’m in recovery mode. As much as being a new content creator has been such an exciting adventure, my body and brain seem to be living two completely different lives.

The last few months have been amazing. I had the opportunity to travel to Dubai and Turkey—two places that absolutely took my breath away. The culture, the food, the energy… everything was inspiring, and I captured so many moments I can’t wait to share with you. But truthfully? The jet lag, the flights, and my fibromyalgia decided they weren’t on board with the itinerary.

One of the lesser-talked-about symptoms of fibromyalgia is fatigue—and not just the “I need a nap” kind. This is a bone-deep, brain-fog kind of tired that doesn’t go away with rest. It’s the kind of exhaustion that makes even brushing your teeth feel like a mission. My mind has been full of ideas, motivation, and excitement—but my body? It’s been screaming for pause.

That’s where I’ve been—caught in that in-between space where I’m buzzing with creativity, but physically drained. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re trying to show up consistently, but this is the real side of living with chronic pain. Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is stop and rest.

So yes, I’ve been a little MIA this past week, trying to gather myself again. But I’m easing back in. New posts, travel pics, and vlogs from my time in Dubai and Turkey are coming very soon, and I can’t wait to take you along for the ride.

Thank you for your patience, your love, and for walking with me through the ups and downs. If you’re living with fibromyalgia or any chronic condition, I see you—and I’m right there with you.

With love and rest.

Sinikka
